Why no free tier?

Paid-only filters for serious users, keeps generation costs sustainable, and signals quality. Every customer has skin in the game from day one.

What's the difference between Pro and Max?

Both are token-based. Pro ($29/mo) gives you 500k tokens/day and 2M tokens/week — built for solo designers, founders, and engineers. Max ($99/mo) gives you 2M tokens/day and 10M tokens/week plus dedicated support — built for studios and power users running the loop daily. A token budget covers many rebuilds; your remaining budget is shown in your account's Usage tab.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes. Cancel within 14 days of your first paid month and we refund the full amount, no questions.

How does billing work?

Stripe handles every charge securely. You'll be billed monthly on the day you subscribe. Your card information never touches Reverse AI — we only see anonymized customer + subscription IDs.

Can I switch between Pro and Max?

Anytime. Go to Pricing → Switch tier. Upgrades charge the prorated difference on your next invoice. Downgrades apply a prorated credit. The change takes effect immediately.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Pricing → Manage subscription in two clicks. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then your account becomes inactive.

What happens if my card fails?

Stripe automatically retries the payment over a few days. Your subscription stays active during retries; your account is flagged as past_due so you know to update your card. If retries exhaust, the subscription cancels and the account becomes inactive.

What can I generate?

Paste any public URL and Reverse rebuilds that page as a faithful, production-ready HTML document — the layout, copy, palette, and product mockups, recreated as clean code and automatically rebranded so it's yours. Want it in your own brand or a new idea? Add a prompt with a reference URL and Reverse recreates the reference in your direction.

Do I own the code?

Completely. No license restrictions, no attribution required. Every line is yours forever — fork it, ship it, sell it.

How long does generation take?

A few minutes — Reverse optimizes for fidelity over speed. It captures the page, transcribes every section verbatim, builds a self-contained HTML document, then critiques the rebuild against the original and repairs the gaps. The studio shows live status through each stage (scanning → reading → building → refining), and the page fills in as it goes.

What happens if a generation fails?

Each model call retries with backoff and falls back across two providers (Anthropic + OpenRouter), so a provider rate-limit or hiccup doesn't sink your rebuild. If a page genuinely can't be read, you'll get a clear message and can try a different reference URL.

Where are my projects stored?

Encrypted Postgres on Supabase. Each project belongs to your account — only you can see, edit, or export it. No one at Reverse AI reads your projects.

What happens to my projects if I cancel?

Projects remain accessible while your account is active. After cancellation, your existing projects stay visible for download/export but no new generations can run until you re-subscribe.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, instantly — open your account menu → Manage account → Privacy → Delete account. It permanently removes your login, every project, and all history. Stripe customer records are retained per Stripe's compliance requirements.
