The rules of using Reverse.

These terms govern your use of Reverse AI ("Reverse," the "service"). By signing up, you agree to them. We'll keep this document short and readable; the bold version of the same facts is below.

• You pay monthly (Pro $29 or Max $99). You can cancel any time.
• If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid month, we refund in full.
• The code Reverse generates is yours. We require no attribution and claim no ownership.
• Don't use Reverse to generate illegal, hateful, or malicious content.
• Reverse is provided "as is." AI output may be wrong; review before shipping.

Your account is yours. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account. Sharing one account between multiple people violates these terms — invite teammates to their own accounts.

• You must be at least 16 years old to sign up.
• You must provide accurate information when you register.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised — we'll help you secure it.

Reverse is paid-only — no free tier. Two plans, both monthly:

• Billing is handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
• Your subscription renews on the same date each month until you cancel.
• Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately; Stripe calculates proration on the next invoice.
• If a payment fails, Stripe retries automatically over a few days. If retries exhaust, the subscription cancels and the account becomes inactive.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for — you keep access until then.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month. Email us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund the full amount, no questions.

After the first month, we don't prorate refunds for partial periods — but you can cancel any time and continue using the service until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Every piece of code, copy, and design Reverse generates from your inputs is yours — completely, immediately, and without reservation.

• No license restrictions. Ship it, fork it, modify it, sell it.
• No attribution required. You don't have to say "Made with Reverse AI."
• Your inputs — URLs, prompts, screenshots — also remain yours. We don't use them to train models, and we don't resell them.

The brand design systems Reverse uses as references (Linear, Stripe, Notion, etc.) are property of their respective owners. Reverse uses them as inspiration via the MIT-licensed VoltAgent/awesome-design-md library — we don't grant you rights to those brand marks.

These remain the property of Reverse AI and are licensed to you only for using the service:

• The Reverse AI name, logo, and wordmark.
• The web app source code, the API, the studio UI, and the docs.
• The recreation pipeline and the brand-library system.

You may not copy, resell, or build a competing product on top of our codebase. You may absolutely use Reverse's output to build whatever you want.

Don't use Reverse to generate or attempt to generate:

• Content that promotes hate, harassment, or violence against any group.
• Sexually explicit content involving minors or non-consenting adults.
• Phishing pages, malware delivery sites, or anything designed to deceive users.
• Pages that impersonate a real person or brand to defraud.
• Content that violates intellectual property or privacy law.

Don't try to bypass plan limits, scrape the studio, or run automated requests outside the documented API. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer Anthropic's models through us.

Violating this section is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

Reverse depends on third-party services to run — see the full list in our Privacy Policy. Their availability and terms are outside our control:

• If Anthropic's Claude API is down, Generate and Refine will fail (we fall back to deterministic templates where possible).
• If Stripe is down, Checkout and the Customer Portal won't load.
• If Supabase is down, your projects may be temporarily unreadable.

We monitor uptime and announce major outages, but we don't guarantee a specific SLA on either Pro or Max.

Reverse generates frontends using large language models. AI output is not infallible:

• It can contain bugs, security issues, accessibility issues, or layout glitches.
• It can misinterpret your input, hallucinate features, or invent copy.
• It does not constitute professional design, legal, financial, or medical advice.

Review every variation before shipping it. You are responsible for the code you deploy under your name.

Reverse AI is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet your expectations or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Reverse AI and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of Reverse is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately before the claim.

You can cancel any time from /pricing → Manage subscription. We can suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Repeated or serious violation of the acceptable-use rules.
• Payment failure that cannot be resolved through Stripe's automatic retries.
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior toward our team or other users.

When you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current paid period. After that, your account becomes inactive — projects remain accessible for download/export but no new generations can run until you re-subscribe.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Reverse AI is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If you're a consumer in a region with mandatory protections, those rights still apply regardless of this clause.

When we change these terms materially we'll update the "Last updated" date and email anyone with an active subscription at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after that means you accept the revised terms. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect and we'll refund any unused prepaid time.
